Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by Webeusa within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Refund Policy
We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Webeusa. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by a third party Merchant must be returned to the merchant; please consult the individual merchant's Returns and Exchanges policy for refund information.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.
Delivery Options
- Standard: Within the continental United States , you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days from our receipt of your order for in-stock items. If an item you order is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you of when to expect delivery.
- Post Office Boxes: Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery within 3-6 business days of your order for in-stock items.
- Shipments outside the United States : Delivery days and rates can vary.
